Strange Mike Trout Heritage Card

Happened to see this 2018 Topps Heritage Mike Trout variation card on eBay this morning.  Very strange looking!  Almost looks photoshopped.

According to Cardboard Connection, Trout has four different variations this year. The nickname one is cool, but my favorite is the batboy variation that honors the 69T Aurelio Rodriguez card.

Yeah, I saw the batboy variation card as well. Who is it that is pictured on that card anyway? Is that an Angels batboy? Looks more like another teammate to me.
